WHAT IS YOUR BAD WEATHER POLICY?
If it rains or if there is high winds (25 mph) we have the right to cancel your reservation at no charge to you. We do not deliver in the rain because the jumper will become wet and slippery and will not be safe to use. On the day of your reservation we will contact you to discuss weather conditions. If we drop off the rental and it's not raining and it begins to rain during your party there are no refunds.
What if it begins to rain after the party starts?
If it begins to rain you need to remove all kids from jumper. The jumper being wet makes it very slippery and very unsafe. If the rain stops you can try to dry it out with towels. After the jumper is dry its safe to use it again.
What should I know about the wind!
If wind gusts of 25mph or higher come up, turn off the blower until the wind dies down. Nothing is worth an inflatable being caught in a windstorm with children inside. Again, safety is mostly common sense. Limit the number of participants, put like-sizes in together, keep an eye on tie downs and shut down if bad weather arrives. By the way, reputable companies carry insurance. Don't be afraid to ask to see an insurance policy. And always ask questions if you're unsure about something. We want your day to be safe, fun and enjoyable!
